Tom Frank is a Consulting Partner based in California with over 10 years of experience in sales for Radio Frequency and Power components to engineers designing Medical Devices, Military/Defense, and Industrial equipment.

Before joining ERA Group, Tom worked at KSA Electronics and was a partner at RateCraft. In addition to his sales experience, he has approximately 10 years of experience in cost reduction.

Tom utilizes his extensive insurance industry knowledge with a special focus on health and benefits, including prescription drug pricing and contracts. He holds an advanced Commercial Insurance Counselor designation and is currently attaining his Certified Risk Manager designation. Tom excels in developing strong client relationships and successfully navigates high-stakes situations.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a focus in Engineering Science from the University of California, San Diego. Tom is an avid mountain biker and surfer in his free time and volunteers at the San Dieguito River Park on the Mountain Bike Patrol.
