Tim Hawes is a consulting partner with ERA Group, serving North Florida and Alabama. Tim has over 35 years of experience in business development, project management, and client services in the real estate development, lodging, hospitality, and professional sports industries.
Most recently, Tim spent 18 years with the PGA tour completing his career as the SVP of global product licensing where he ran the company’s $1B worldwide licensing business. Previously, he worked for both Holiday Inn Worldwide and Hilton Gaming Corporation where we developed commercial hotels, resorts, and gaming properties. Tim started his career with the CPA firm Laventhol and Horwath.
Tim has been widely recognized for his ability to increase revenues, enhance customer service and effectively manage highly complex projects and diverse teams. He is a frequent guest lecturer in the area of Sports Business at several regional colleges and universities and has been an adjunct faculty member at Stetson University.
He has a BS from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and is a long time member of the prestigious Cornell University Real Estate Advisory Council. He is a board member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for North Florida and an Elder at Ponte Vedra Presbyterian Church.
