Tedd Lookatch is a consulting partner based in Wisconsin with over 30 years of experience developing strategies and finding creative solutions for businesses in the telecommunication field.
Before joining ERA Group, Tedd was a Senior Executive at AT&T and held enterprise sales positions at Gamestop & Prime Communications.
Tedd utilizes a collaborative approach to client engagement that delivers measurable results. He was awarded President’s Club (Gamestop) and twice named top regional seller (AT&T). His career began in retail, and through leadership, dedication, and attention to customer service, he grew a single-employee store into AT&T’s highest-grossing independent Midwest location.
Tedd holds dual degrees in psychology and communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Deeply engaged in his community, Tedd is a longstanding instructor and member of the Milwaukee Curling Club, Vice President of the FL Weyenberg Library (Mequon, WI), and a committee member for Acts Housing.
