As CEO of Foundation Source Philanthropic Services, Inc. for five years—culminating in a successful private equity exit—and with nearly two decades as the global Chief Administrative Officer at Bloomberg L.P., Susan brings extensive expertise in aligning with client goals, identifying revenue-generating and cost-saving opportunities, and executing pivotal change. Her career highlights include launching innovative products, expanding global sales and operations, boosting operational efficiency, and implementing effective cost-control strategies to drive business transformation. Susan especially enjoyed her time working on two of Mike Bloomberg’s successful NYC Mayoral campaigns, where she worked with people across all five boroughs focused on Mike’s commitment to improve the city’s economic vitality, public safety, education reform, public health, and quality of life through data-driven, pragmatic governance.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Urban Studies from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. After many years living in Connecticut and working in Manhattan and Fairfield County, CT, she now resides in scenic coastal South Carolina.
