Ryan Ball is a seasoned higher education executive with over 25 years of experience serving institutions across Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, Florida, Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
Before joining ERA Group, Ryan was a State Vice President for the University of Phoenix and worked in energy and infrastructure solutions for Johnson Controls and Siemens Industry, Inc. In addition to his extensive higher education background, Ryan has spent the past decade advising clients in state agencies, local government, and the K–12 sectors.
Known for his strategic insight and unwavering integrity, Ryan has a proven track record of identifying client needs, driving development, exceeding quality standards, and delivering meaningful outcomes. His results-oriented nature is ideal for clients across multiple industries. His expertise includes building performance and maintenance, energy generation and distribution, safety and security, sustainability and resiliency, and capital projects.
Ryan holds an MBA in Technology Management – Business from the University of Phoenix. He also serves on the Tennessee Board of Regents’ Foundation for the College System of Tennessee – Finance Committee, continuing his commitment to service, excellence, and results that matter.
