Peter Hern has over 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, concentrating in the healthcare, banking, sales, and service sectors, specializing in reducing costs and improving revenue.
Before joining ERA Group as a consulting partner, Peter served as a director and is currently the owner of a business that offers custom window treatments. He is a leader in hospital RCM, especially in Medicaid and non-MA government-paying solutions, finance, sales, team and project management, and business costs. Peter’s leadership has been instrumental in leading projects and initiatives on revamping organizational charts to flatten leadership, innovate processes around efficiencies, and inspire growth.
Peter graduated from Wayne State University—Mike Ilitch School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Management. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at his church and food bank, hunting, fishing, and the great outdoors.
