Consulting Partner Mike Kotloski holds more than 25 years of experience as a seasoned professional in the realm of Senior Sales and Account Management. 

At ERA, Mike is dedicated to assisting nonprofits and healthcare providers in optimizing their spending. His focus lies in redirecting cash flow from overhead expenses to critical areas such as growth, growing missions, and employee retention.

Throughout his career, Mike has consistently demonstrated excellence, earning recognition and various awards for his outstanding contributions. His journey in the enterprise software space equipped him with extensive experience in navigating long sales cycles and implementation projects. These achievements have not only bolstered his reputation but also underlined his commitment to delivering results.

Mike Kotloski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, and a Master of Science in Physics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. This academic foundation, coupled with his business acumen, provides a unique blend of analytical rigor and strategic thinking that sets him apart in the expense reduction landscape.

Mike lives in New Braunfels, TX, with his wife, Kim, and their two dogs, Ori and Veyron. When he’s not working, Kotloski finds joy in gardening, bird watching, and grandfathering his two granddaughters, Peyton and Drew. He is also an active member of the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) and regularly participates in a San Antonio-area bowling league where he’s known for having achieved a perfect 300-game.
