Linda Pizzo began her career as a senior auditor with Deloitte & Touche in St. Louis, followed by a 24-year career in financial management. At Saint Louis University, she held the positions of associate controller – director of financial planning and budget and assistant dean for business and administration at the School of Nursing.
Her career culminated with responsibility for best practice initiatives across business functions to improve the bottom line, which she accomplished through enhanced administrative policies, streamlined processes, improved workflow, reduced costs, and advanced financial, administrative systems, and related management reporting.
Pizzo has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in St. Louis. She is a member of several professional associations, including the National Association of Colleges and University Business Officers and the National Council for Continuous Improvement.
