Keith B. Franzen has more than 35 years of demonstrated experience in the food manufacturing industry — including food sales, customer service, matrix management, and evaluation of competitors.
Prior to joining ERA Group, Keith held the titles of director of foodservice strategy for a leading agricultural supply chain management company, and VP of global spices for a leading global ingredient company. His professional experience spans three and a half decades, concentrating on supply chains, manufactured goods, food service, and industrial ingredients.
Having grown up on a family farm, Keith’s passion has fueled his career in the food industry. He has a proven track record of building close relationships with clients who face complex challenges, ranging from small entrepreneurial companies to large multinationals. He excels at identifying and implementing innovative solutions that drive costs out of value chains.
