His strategic approach to marketing and sales dynamics has allowed him to develop strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and successfully facilitate exit strategies for many businesses.

Before joining ERA Group, Jon held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales at Volatari, Vice President of Global Sales at my6sense, and Vice President of Sales at Jeeng. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an exceptional ability to not only grow businesses but also nurture the development of future leaders in the industry.

Jon holds a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, he is passionate about fitness, having completed several Tough Mudders. In his leisure time, Jon enjoys traveling with his family and is a devoted fan of the Jets, Mets, Islanders, and Knicks.
