Don Riley is a business-grounded veteran technologist who has been an agent of change, serving almost exclusively in the projects space.
Don’s efforts have led organizations to achieve transformative change by providing solution design, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live implementation for applications and infrastructure projects that achieve clients’ targeted business outcomes, delivering upon intended key strategic initiatives.
Before his time in technology, Don started his career in accounting, where he worked primarily in commercial credit and receivables management. His strong financial acumen and his deep understanding of deploying technology to automate business functions, enhance quality functions, and make relevant business data accessible to enrich communication and inform decisions in the technology industry enable Don to approach and understand midmarket leaders’ needs and the means to achieve top results for his clients.
Don holds an MBA in Information Technology and a BSBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas. Don completed Unix Administration & Oracle DBA and Microsoft Networking Technologies programs from the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences at Southern Methodist University. He completed Microsoft MCSE +I, ITIL foundations, and six Sigma Green Belt certifications.
