Dileep Kulkarni has been a senior consulting partner with ERA Group since 2016, with a focus on business development and analysis within the food & beverage, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.
He also serves as the leader of ERA’s Food & Beverage Practice Group. Dileep’s current portfolio of clients includes food processors, breweries, nurseries, manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities in the Pacific Northwest. He is a trusted advisor to CEO and CFOs.
Before joining ERA, Dileep was director of strategic investments at Intel’s global supply chain. He focused on defining and developing a strategic investment plan and executing deals that included equity, loan, and other strategic options for Intel key suppliers. During his 25-year career with Intel, Dileep held a variety of finance, strategy, and marketing management roles.
Dileep earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Financial Executive International (FEI) Portland chapter.
Dileep is married with two children and a dog. He enjoys running, hiking, canoeing, and being outdoors.
