Craig Westbrook is an executive operations leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, including R&D, manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing, CX, and network business development.

Before joining ERA Group as a consulting partner, Craig held the position of vice president, southern region for BMW of North America, and is currently a faculty lecturer at the University of South Carolina. He uses his leadership skills, high empathy, and fluency in multiple languages to acquire clients for ERA Group.

Craig graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s in International Business Studies from the University of South Carolina. In his free time, he volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and Meals of Wheels and enjoys traveling mountain biking, and classic cars.
