Brad Smith is a Consulting Partner and a manufacturing operations and engineering expert with over 25 years of experience optimizing performance across the semiconductor and plastics industries.

At ERA Group, Brad is known for his technical problem-solving capabilities and specializes in project management, solutions delivery, and client acquisition. His commitment to aligning business systems with operational needs and driving manufacturing stability through disciplined decision-making ensures client success.

Prior to joining ERA Group, Brad served as the Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Skorpios Technologies and Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Infineon Technologies. Under his leadership, his teams enabled new manufacturing technologies, established record yields, achieved 50% reduction in scrap rates, and reached new levels of profitability.

Brad has an MS in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is a Toastmaster and enjoys soccer, basketball, golf, baseball, and Temecula Wine Country in his spare time.
