Becky Kalinowski, PhD, is a senior consulting partner and category specialist for ERA Group.
Since joining ERA fourteen years ago, she has worked on cost containment projects, which included analysis of medical/dental, pharmaceutical, and durable medical equipment (DME). In addition, she has worked on blood components and factors, reference laboratory, surgical supplies, laboratory supplies, radiology supplies/nuclear medicine, and orthopedic supplies.
Becky works alongside her partner Brie McFarland. Their combined background in biomedical science analysis and clinical exposure allows them to help clients with projects in many areas of healthcare. They have focused on developing analytical methods that maximize high-volume savings for healthcare clients. Becky and Brie have worked on over 200 projects with hospitals, FQHCs, hospices, VNAs, long-term care facilities, laboratories, physician groups, and specialty practices.
Becky received her PhD from the University Of Connecticut Health Center, where she continued as a post-doctoral fellow. She received a double B.S. in Biology and Chemistry at Denison University.
